Compensation: $54K - $68K Salary Range

Location: Englewood, NJ


  • Experience supervising between 20-40 employees in a food/beverage manufacturing operation, will consider chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
  • ThoroughUnderstanding of production processes.
  • Plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) in order to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets.
  • Coordinating production runs, materials, coding, ensuring employees are following the GMPS, safety, cleanliness, part of what they do is supervise bulk operators, blending, batching of products, actual production runs.
  • In development stage essentially the Supervisor will audit employees as far as recipe card, pre-operation checklists, weight checks (verifying that employees are making products but documenting and auditing to be sure everything is filled out and legible, check for accuracy of data.)
  • Build relationships with frontline team members, internal customers and suppliers, colleagues and support services to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Understand and adhere to internal and external regulations, procedures & policies
  • Coaching, mentoring, guidance, a lot of workforce as been here for some time and they just need guidance.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to work nights with schedule flexibility as needed to cover peer vacations


  • Bilingual is STRONGLY Preferred; English/Spanish
  • Technical Microsoft Office Suite; Basic Excel, Outlook, Word and Data Entry
  • HS Diploma + 5yrs experience; College degree preferred.
  • Must be certified in CPR and Red Cross First Aid.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
