Senior Analyst - Reporting and Application Development Team
Introduction:
CSS RAD is a high level support team that supports all CSS teams that includes Account Maintenance, Implementations, Systems, Blocked Items, EC Sales Support and EC Consultants.
The teams two primary roles include internal CSS reporting and developing innovative solutions and application which help promote increased productivity through streamlined processes.
Position
Summary:
The RAD Senior Analyst reports to directly to the CSS Operations manager and will be responsible for providing key department reports, providing data analytics to CSS Managers and developing/maintaining internal CSS applications to help streamline complex processes.
The senior analyst will need to be self-motivated and be able to solve complex technical problems with little guidance.
This individual will need the ability to understand and interpret business requirements and then transfer requirements into efficient technical solutions.

Develop, Support and Maintain CSS Reporting and Internal Applications Develop, Support and Maintain CSS Forms and batch loaders Develop, Support and Maintain department Macros Build and manage project plans that detail business requirements, dependencies, timelines, milestones and success criteria Have firm understanding of required resources availability and capacity, and manage workloads effectively to set aggressive but reasonable timelines for projects.
Identify the need for additional/outside resources as appropriate Process Adhoc report request Process and Maintain Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reoccurring reports Develop and Maintain a library of SQL statements Provide file support when needed across all CSS Teams Identify and share areas of opportunity that exist with regard to team service levels, materials and processes Partner with all CSS Managers to support an environment of continuous process and workflow efficiency gain Qualifications

Required:
Knowledge of CSS/ECSS systems VBA, SQL, HTML, JAVA, PHP and Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel Must possess:
Project management experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong prioritization skills with the ability to balance workload and flex according to demand of customer/business need Proactive and self-motivated work style Strong business acumen Excellent organization skills Strong written and verbal communication High level of focus and attention to detail Ability to travel on demand - 5% Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
