Our client is a reputable boutique law firm in Englewood, NJ, seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney for a Part-Time opportunity in the firm's Entrepreneur
services
Department - Litigation Group. For the right candidate, this position could evolve into a Full-Time role. The firm's clients include entrepreneurs and independent investment advisors and other professionals in the financial services industry.

Requirements:
Understanding of business and legal issues facing our clients and provide strategic counsel;
Drafting dispute-oriented documents/communications;
Display effective negotiation techniques to benefit clients;
Knowledge of understanding balance between business and litigation-oriented solutions;
Counseling clients in preparation for regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings;
Adhering to business processes and project plans
Demonstrated familiarity and experience with the financial services industry;
Experience communicating and interacting with sophisticated clients;
Strong research and writing skills;
Ability to self-manage and adhere to deadlines;
Member of New Jersey and/or
new york
bar.
