We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to to support the executive team at a busy and growing urgent care.
Candidate must be able to wear different hats throughout the day to assist the CEO and to support our organizational plans.
This is a vital role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Medical office experience a plus.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage office support, including but not limited to, telephone coverage, printing, storage and IT coordination.
Manage office supply system, including, but not limited to, placing orders, keeping inventory, coordination with multiple locations and analysis of supply needs.
Supervise front desk team at multiple locations.
Manage and facilitate coordination of patient service delivery with site managers.
Support CEO and executive team with human resources functions, which include, but are not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, filing and record keeping, and act as a liaison for employees and management.
Ensures the coordination and completion of all daily, weekly, monthly checklists as outlined by Operations Manager.
Interface with and be a point of contact for various vendors.
Serves as a liaison with bookkeeping and payroll consultant and ensures coordination of all payables.
Maintain business documents, including banking and tax documents, assist in the preparation of bank deposits, carry out other responsibilities necessary for the maintenance of corporate accounts.
Coordinate facility maintenance.
Qualifications:
