Business Development Representatives are responsible for generating sales appointments with customers via the internet, existing clients and incoming phone calls.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Respond to Internet inquiries with courtesy, accuracy and professionalism Understand all products and services offered Make outbound calls and send email Generate sales appointments for the dealership Follow up with existing customers to create and confirm appointments Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM Perform other job-related duties as assigned Exhibit ethical behavior, provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers Job requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills We are an equal opportunity employer Drug and Background checks are required Job Type:
