Job Description We are seeking Full Time/ Part Time Medical Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years experience.
We are a professional practice seeking an intelligent, self-motivated, team player who can multi-task! Duties include but not limited to:
Scheduling appointments Collect copays and balances Call insurance for eligibility Answer phone calls, take messages, respond to patient's questions or concerns Scanning/ Faxing documents Check-in and check-out responsibilities Performs administrative and clerical support tasks including phones.
The Receptionist may be cross-trained in other roles as needed such as Medical Assisstant.
Greet and escort patients to examination rooms, ensuring their comfort and privacy Obtain and record patients' medical history, and other relevant information accurately.
Assist healthcare providers during examinations, procedures and treatment.
Prepare and maintain examination room and medical equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality Schedule:
Monday- Friday (no weekends) from 8:
30 AM- 4:
30 PM
