We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our daily operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Greet visitors, answer phone calls and emails, and schedule appointments.
Manage and maintain the office, including ordering supplies, coordinating repairs, and overseeing cleanliness.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed on time, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Qualifications:

years of experience in an office setting.
Healthcare experience a plus!
