We are looking for a bright & outgoing quick learner to promote company's new IT & on-site business to our retail customers and guarantee satisfactory service experiences.
The ideal candidate will interact with customers through phone, website inquires and face-to-face to quickly assess product issues and identify potential business opportunities for our new business initiatives.
We offer training to assume managerial positions.
Job responsibilities include:
Control the customer satisfaction for every repair case by staying on top of customer communication via calls, emails and texts Promote our new IT & on-site services to potential customers by asking Drive retail sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge Assist technicians' diagnosis by identifying customers' iPhone and Mac CPU issues Promote in-store iPhone and Mac accessory to encourage sales opportunities Respond to customers' questions & monitor service schedule Complete Apple online sales training monthly Receive, examine, and tag articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired.
Job requirements:
Satisfactory knowledge in Mac OS and iOS.
