As an inside sales professional at Elgen Staffing, most of your day will be spent making outbound phone calls and qualifying prospects and candidates.
Your end goal will be to sign up new customers that we will begin staffing for.
Responsibilities:
Make 55-75 outbound calls daily Maintain accurate and organized lead list Embrace company culture, values and policies Clearly articulate the value of Elgen Staffing on each phone call What we're looking for:
