We are looking for a bright & outgoing person to work at our Englewood retail location.
The ideal candidate needs to quickly assist walk-in customers' hardware issues assuring quality services.
Job responsibilities include:
Greet every walk-in customer with pleasant attitude and professionalism Control the customer satisfaction for every repair case by staying on top of customer communication via calls, emails and texts Promote the company's new IT & on-site services to potential customers Drive retail sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge Assist technicians' diagnosis by identifying customers' iPhone and Mac issues Promote in-store iPhone and Mac accessory to encourage sales opportunities Complete Apple-required online sales training monthly Receive, examine, and tag articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired.
Job requirements:
Satisfactory knowledge in Mac OS and iOS.
