The ideal candidate would be:
organized, caring, hardworking, motivated, attentive to detail for excel and data entry, tech savvy, a team player, looking to grow with and within our practice -Collect payments and copayments -Assist our medical professionals- cleanup and setup of rooms, etc.
-Helping with general paperwork (small business).
-Attend health fairs and other events.
- Update social media and help with online presence building -Provide acupressure, tuina, body work, and cupping to patients.
Paid training is provided so that you can perform these tasks with knowledge and confidence.
-Assist with insurance verification/billing.
-Greet patients, schedule patient visits, pick up calls Bilingual is a plus if you speak Spanish or Chinese.
