Complimentary group classes Flexible hours Performance based bonuses Our company is in need of an experienced and professional Front Desk Manager to help run our front desk operations, ensuring all guests have a seamless and satisfying experience.
Our ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent customer service skills.
Front desk tasks include answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payments, explaining to clients all programs available, email inquiries, greeting clients, studio presentation, light clean up and assisting with events.
Knowledge of mind-body scheduler is a plus.
