What winning looks like:
Communicating clearly with our patients and doctors offices across multiple channels (phone, email, and chat) Accurately schedule surgical procedures, Must have experience with Orthopaedics, Spine, Pain Management, and Podiatry Must know how to verify benefits for Major Med and MVA Ability to multitask efficiently and accurately Register and greet patients Super-serve by Answer multiple phone lines Including CPT codes, IC9, 10 codes Prepare patients charts Scan documents Super-serve by promptly answering phones Must be comfortable with problem-solving and not flustered by ever-changing processes and systems.
Organizing medical files What Skills you need Strong interpersonal skills Experience in communicating with medical offices and patients Ability to express empathy and ownership; ability to defuse critical customer situations Strong written & verbal communication skills What you must absolutely love:
