We specialize in building medical spaces specifically urgent care centers from start to finish.
We have built over 50 retail medical centers in the NYC metro area-- more than any other contractor in our area.
We are looking for experienced construction project managers to manage and oversee medical and dental office build outs.
Must have knowledge in coordination of various trades including mechanical and plumbing.
Our ideal candidate is a positive, outgoing individual who is a team player, self-driven and extremely detail oriented.
The candidate should be prepared to work in a small team that is very hands on.
Review of plans and specifications to understand the scope of the project Participate in coordination meetings Coordinate the timely submission and review of project submittals, RFIs and shop drawings Work with the project expediter to manage filings, amendments and permitting Work with the Senior Project Manager and the Field Superintendent to update the project Schedule on a weekly basis Schedule and coordinate with all the subs and laborers Read blueprints and advise laborers what work needs to be done on a daily basis Looking for PM per project, project lasts about 10-12 weeks Experience and qualifications MUST have minimum 1 years work experience in construction management Must be able to read plans, construction drawings and shop drawings Understanding of the NYC Dept of Buildings code and project closeout process Strong organization and time management skills Spanish speaking a plus Job Type:
